In serial murders ritual becomes the real headliner of the homycide playing the main role in the show. In modern history, the murder is transforming into an art of military performance.
The terrorist act on Dubrovka is a hostage-taking on Dubrovka in Moscow, which began on October 23rd and lasted until October 26th, 2002, during which a group of 40 armed Chechen militants led by Movsar Baraev captured and held hostages from among workers, spectators, and the cast of the musical "Nord-Ost" 916 people in the building of the Theater Center - for three days.
During the attack, information about the movements of the hostages and their contacts with law enforcement agencies was reported through the media under the guise of on-air programs, in particular by radio Ekho Moskvy and Alexei Venediktov, and the Moskovia channel, controlled by Yuri Luzhkov. On the basis of these data, the terrorists killed the hostages, whose whereabouts were reported through the indicated channels.
The hostages were released during the rescue operation. To neutralize the terrorists, an unknown gas was released into the premises of the center on Dubrovka, after which, from the effects of the gas, those in the hall, including the terrorists, entered a state of artificially induced sleep. The terrorists were neutralized and the hostages were released. However, the hostages developed symptoms similar to opioid poisoning. The ambulance crews who arrived tried to stop the condition of the victims with the help of the drug naloxone, but it did not have the expected effect of an antidote for opioid poisoning. Moreover, even though naloxone were effective, it was not available in sufficient quantities. In total, about 200 people died, the survivors experienced symptoms of acute drug poisoning, headaches, and for about 6 months after the attack they had memory impairment, and worsening of cognitive activity.
Next, a PR campaign was inflated in the media that the perpetrators of the death of the hostages were the Alfa division of the FSB of Russia, which carried out this special operation. The death of the hostages was a tragedy for their families, and caused irreparable damage to the reputation of the special services, which had been speculated for a long time. In particular, Boris Berezovsky sponsored the publication and distribution of the book "The FSB is bombing Russia," according to which it followed that terrorist attacks in Russia are carried out directly by the FSB special services themselves in order to manipulate public consciousness and keep state power in the hands of the current government, presented in a demonized image of evil and enemy to the population of the Russian Federation.
Having familiarized ourselves with the materials posted on the Internet in relation to this terrorist act, as well as conducting our own investigation into the circumstances of other crimes directly related to this terrorist act, we came to the following conclusions.
A terrorist act is understood as a set of unlawful actions that represent an extremely high level of public danger, for the purpose of forcing the state leadership and government bodies to commit certain actions necessary for the organizers of the terrorist act.
A distinctive feature of serial crimes is the performance of a certain ritual when they are committed. This ritual, consisting of a set of certain actions, material means, verbal and figurative-spatial communication, is designed to carry a certain message that the criminal wants to convey to his victim and other persons.
Thus, terrorist acts as a specific complicated technically difficult crime is the organized well-panned routine activity performed by well-trained, prepared, and well-aware people. Terrorist act is not an accidental crime, and all its details are important as they deliver the definite message to the government bodies. The message is communicated via applied ritual during the crime commitment, oral and action communication during the time of terririst attack execution.
The terrorist attack on Dubrovka occurred during the performance "Nord-Ost." The play "Nord-Ost" was based on a military drama based on the novel "Two Captains" by N. Kaverin.
Before the attack, the performance had no commercial distribution and commercial success, several shows took place. The choice of such a libretto for a commercial project seems extremely doubtful for the following reasons. The musical as a genre in the entertainment industry originated in the United States on Broadway. The purpose of such projects is to create a commercially successful business case that can consistently make an ongoing profit. In the world at the time of the production of the play "Nord - Ost" there were dozens of shows with proven commercial success, which could well be sold in Russia under a franchise. However, instead of them, a gloomy show on a military theme was chosen, which had not previously been filmed in a similar genre. The show "Nord-Ost" was originally announced as a musical in two parts.
And so they did! In fact, during the musical Nord-Ost, two consecutive terrorist attacks took place:
1. Hostage-taking by armed militants with the declared goal of withdrawing troops from Chechnya.
2. Poisoning militants and hostages with an unknown gas without any special requirements, followed by a PR campaign against the Russian FSB and state power in the Russian Federation.
Consequently, initially the military show in two parts was a planned and prepared terrorist attack in two parts: in fact, this show was a part of military operation against Russia, which was performed in the center of Moscow, in the Dubrovka theater center.
The name "Dubrovka" in itself is cinematic in Russia as a way of destination, where Semyon Semenych Gorbunkov was supposed to reach, but did not reach in the famous movie "Diamond Arm."
As we remember from this film, to move around the city Gorbunkov was supposed to call a taxi in his own name, and in response to his order, a policeman under cover in a taxi car was supposed to arrive under the guise of a taxi driver. However, when Gorbunkov was calling a taxi to Dubrovka village, it was not a policeman in the form of a taxi driver who came to Gorbunkov, but one of the members of a gang of criminals, who Gorbunkov took not to the village of Dubrovka to his wife, but to the criminals' lair to kill him and rob him. That is, a werewolf.
With this in mind, the entire attack was allegedly originally planned to discredit the special services, namely the main unit specializing in the fight against terrorism - the Alpha unit.
So, the whole terrorist act was an example of the second type of ZR/RIFLE activity: to create the freak show not made of private individuals, but from large organizations to create the double of state bodies mirroring the most reputable and powerful subjects. In Russia the targets for attack were the newly elected President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the core department in the Federal Security Service (FSB), a law enforcement organization directly reported to the President of Russia. Inside FSB, cream-of-the-cream division is Alfa, dedicated to antiterror tasks. Thus, Vladimir Putin and Alfa Antiterror became the targets of the terrorist attack.
The period of the terrorist attack coincided with the date of the rapid development in Russia of the activities of an organization called the Alfa Group consortium.
The main assets of Alfa Group were Alfa-Bank, Alfa-Eco, and Beeline. Alfa Group had a network of its own lured employees in law enforcement and government bodies, and with their help created an image for itself of an invincible generous solver who is more efficient, faster, and better at solving any problems compared to state power. Thus - the classic image of organized mafia clan.
To maintain this system inside the government bodies and law enforcement agencies, Alfa created own communication way: marking documents by the same one-style signature writing one letter "alfa" instead of normal documents signing, used signatures with picture (e.g., signature in form of knife), using the system of postal indices and own "world map," where the certain fate of victim has been communicated using the specific references to the geography. In history, there was one bright example - death camps operation. The prisoners sent to death went through the "road of Knaan," the living buildings for prisoners had the name equal to the name of countries (Canada, France, etc.). For marking people and businesses, Alfa used colours and digital tags. Alfa amended electronic data bases by making specific notes in electronic data with the same "geographic features," noted only by aware people, attributed records with number of the working program or laws of Nazi Germany (e.g., 1146), and so on. For untraceable communications, Alfa used the libraries and the standard post, using the marks and pictures on envelopes as a way to communicate necessary message. Thus, "good" Alfa used the system of communications which was implemented earlier in the death camps during the WWII, and even long before in american prisons. The penetration of Alfa into government and state management system of Russia and CIS became so high, that made almost impossible to prosecute participants of the organized criminal group Alfa, contradicting itself to the official state power.
In addition to a network of corrupt government officials, Alfa Group also created a network of charitable foundations and projects, imitating the image of a generous philanthropist who cares about people. Instead, these "charity organization" sponsored the T-4 project operating on the territory of Russia.
Inside Alfa Group, AFK Sistema has been created: a special company mirroring the structure of the government bodies, and led by the declared "leader of system" - son of General testator Andrey Vlasov, known as Vladimir Evtushenkov.
Thus, Evtushenkov was originated to double Putin, and Alfa Group itself was positioned like a "cream-of-the-cream" in private business directly reported to Evtushenkov.
Evtushenkov had brothers - Pyotr Aven, Yury Smirnov-Nesvitsky, and a sister Galina Volchek. The last to had their own theatres in Moscow generously sponsored by Sistema. Volchek and Volkovich are the same-root words, forming from Russian word "volk" which means wolf. In Ukraine, delivered to us serial murderers as serial entrepreneurs, was one of the largest nest of werewolfs - Ukrainian collaborators.
Thus, in a state where one of the key and most powerful units of the special services specializing in complex anti-terrorist operations, was called "Alpha," its counterpart appeared: an organized the same-named criminal group called "Alpha" which conducted the reverse - terrorist activities to implement plan Ost of Nazi Germany. "Alpha" aimed at creating for itself the image of a private organization created by immigrants from Alpha special services, which took over state functions due to the inability of the state to perform these functions, and performs them faster, more efficiently, cheaper and better so that the population gets what it needs. The main target of Alfa was to create the substitute of official state power, and destruct the image of police and law enforcement agencies by provide to people services from Alfa-policemen: werewolves in uniform, by analogue with Dubrovka case in "Diamond Hand." People call the police, instead they served the Alfa werewolves gang. "We rule the world" - says us the slogan of Alfa-Bank. "The whole world us our farm" - repeats the idea the slogan of Alfa food retail, Global Village.
"Mafia gives people what they want" is one of the basic principles of how organized crime works.
This phenomenon lies in the fact that with one hand the mafia demonstrates the image of a fair "solver" who will always help and support, and with the other hand it creates problems that need to be solved.
For example - to steal money for the construction of state roads, in order to further blame the government for the inability to build a road, to build a private road for the stolen money, which will be opened with great pomp and pathos.
The mafia builds schools, hospitals, roads, spends a lot of money on charity, using money and resources stolen from the population and the state as a source of money. At the same time, antisocial actions in the form of theft, massacres, the population begins to perceive as effective fair justice and protection. Creating the image of a fair, almighty good don, who, apparently, considers spending on public welfare to be the goal of his life, is key for the mafia and allows it to receive not only immunity in the eyes of the population, but also help and support. And, of course, wipe out the image of state power. If the system of state administration is not effective enough, organized crime takes over the administration.
Organized crime has no positive traits.
Existence and unhindered activity destroys the state and the social system through the decomposition of basic values and norms of behavior based on natural law - do not lie, do not steal, do not envy, do not kill, do not bear false witness, love your neighbors. The mafia, as well as the social order it created, are based on the opposite values - to steal, kill, lie, give false evidence.
No mafia "gifts" increase the welfare of society and the population, since they are previously stolen from society and the population and returned partially in the form of "gifts." It is very easy to donate someone else's money. A special public danger of the mafia lies in the spread and introduction into the mass consciousness of a dangerous delusion regarding the efficiency and justice of the mafia, creating an image of a positive effect from the existence of the mafia.
In the bottom line, the musical Nord-Ost was a terrorist attack organized by Alfa Group: a double of one of the most respected special forces of the FSB of Russia.
The target of criminals was to misappropriate the image of this unit and identify with it one of the parts of an organized criminal group that operated in Russia in pursuance of the plan of the Ost Nazi Germany by hiring and exploitation in Russia of trained mercenaries of the US CIA ZR/RIFLE and MKULTRA programs. These programs that specialize in creating fake doubles, not only fake heirs, but also government authorities.
Thus, the version that has become publicly spread about the guilt of the personnel of the special services Alfa Antiterror (Department 7th of FSB) in the death of the hostages due to their poisoning with gas is not based on real facts.
The terrorist act was originally planned in two acts (a military show in two parts), and therefore the blame for the death of the hostages lies entirely with the organisers of the show and its performers of the second act - the mass death of hostages and discredited intelligence of special services personnel and ambulance. The poisoning of the hostages, judging by the symptoms described in the media, was due to an overdose of fentanyl, which was part of the gas. Fentanyl is widely distributed in the US which is called "opioid pandemic," and is a highly toxic substance, dozens of times more toxic than heroin and morphine, which, when overdosed, causes symptoms similar to an overdose of opioids, but the differentiating feature is that naloxone does not help with poisoning by the synthetic opioids fentanyl and carfentanil. People just fall asleep and that's it, the risk of overdose is extremely high due to the high toxicity of the substance. It seems unlikely that Alpha Anti-Terror would have intentionally and deliberately chosen a potentially lethal, extremely toxic substance to save the lives of 1,000 people, when there is a wide variety of other inhaled drugs with hypnotic effects.
It should be noted that the massive falsification of medical records of the victims described in the press, which distorts both the picture of what happened, and in itself is a fact of continued harm to the health of the hostages due to the failure to provide adequate medical care due to the concealment of the real symptoms and circumstances of the poisoning, which makes it difficult to establish the objective cause of it.
With this in mind, it seems necessary to substantively understand the formulation of the terrorist attack in two parts.
According to open data, the production of the show "Nord-Ost" and its implementation as a commercial project was carried out by the duet Ivasi with the participation of G.B. Volchek.
The duet of Ivasi consists of Georgy Leonardovich Vasiliev and Alexei Igorevich Ivashchenko.
"The author's duet fully concentrated on creating the musical Nord-Ost. Georgy Vasiliev and Alexei Ivashchenko acted as composers, librettists and directors in this project. The performance went down in history as the first Russian musical and received the Golden Mask. However, for Georgy Vasiliev, as the producer of the project, it was no less important to transfer the “Broadway model” of the theater to Russian soil - a long daily show of one performance."
That is, it was planned to show the population of the Russian Federation daily a terrorist attack with the arrival of a bomber plane and the arrival of warships.
Georgy Leonardovich Vasiliev is a native of the Zaporozhye region of the Ukrainian SSR. According to the official version, he was born on June 22, 1957. He has a geographical education from Moscow State University.
Vasilyev's date of birth is June 22 (the day the Second World War began), combined with an exclusive show on a military theme, which is a daily terrorist attack in two parts, consisting of taking hostages and killing them with gas in enclosed spaces, by analogy with death camps, it is very difficult to call it a coincidence.
The gas with which the hostages were poisoned was delivered in ambulances, and it was in such cars that Zyklon-B gas was delivered to the gas chambers.
The people sent to their death did not know what awaited them until the last minute. They were taken to the gas chambers by car and on foot, followed by an ambulance, mistakenly taken by those doomed to death as taking care of their lives. The ambulances escorting the hostages were carrying cans of Zyklon-B gas.
These most interesting coincidences make us dive deeper into the original career of the Ukrainian bard with a geographic education, the director of the terrorist attack in two Nord-Ost acts.
In the 90s, without any special knowledge and without money, a Ukrainian bard with a geographical education organized, created and launched a futures exchange.
After the exchange, the Ukrainian geographer with a guitar Vasiliev created (and became the owner):

privatized in the name of PJSC AFK Sistema of MGTS, Zelenograd electronic plants, and other property that later became part of MTS and later PJSC VTB.
And all this was done by a Ukrainian geographer with a guitar (but with no experience, education, knowledge, and money) in just 5 years, after which he “decided to concentrate on working in mobile telecom," by making exit from this - he made a listing VimpelCom in 1996 on the New York Stock Exchange.
Further, the VimpelCom company was transformed into the Plexus company and later into the Alfa Group, which became the counterpart of the Alpha Antiterror division, more precisely, its mafia clone. Not bad for a geographer-guitarist!

Consequently, Vasilyev was a nominal owner, who is not afraid to entrust large sums into circulation, since there is confidence that the money and property entrusted to management will be in complete safety.
As we know from the practice of the largest and most famous corporations, only the issuer of this currency, that is, the United States, can entrust billions of dollars in management. In the USSR, where the bard-geographer began to build an empire, starting with the futures exchange, in 1990 there were no billions of dollars. And, as we know from the comparable cases of Elon Musk, Pablo Escobar, El Chapo Guzman and their other colleagues, such amounts can only be entrusted to well-tested people - those sentenced to death, life imprisonment, or long terms of imprisonment to a serial killer.
Of all the known Ukrainian serial killers not previously covered by previous episodes (as we know, all of them have already been employed in Russia and Ukraine in honorary positions of heirs of monarchs, serial entrepreneurs, and spouses of presidents of states - cases Tkach/Tinkov, Shcherbakov/Tkachev, Onoprienko/Tolstoy, Khamarov/Tymoshenko), who deserved their pages on Wikipedia, there is only one group of people who have similarities in age and do not have any photos on the Internet: this is a duet of Ukrainian serial killers called "Night Serial," who committed crimes for ideological reasons: Vladimir Dmitrievich Kondratenko (1967 - May 31st, 1997) and Vladislav Volkovich, known through the media as the "night maniac" - serial killers who committed 16 murders.
According to Wikipedia, Kondratenko died on the eve of the verdict, almost like Hermann Göring, and Volkovich was allegedly sentenced to life imprisonment.
The age of the killers roughly corresponds to the age of the "singers." Vasiliev's face has traces of appearance modifications identical to those observed in other graduates of the CIA ZR/RIFLE and MKULTRA programs: forehead plastic, change in the distance between the eyebrows, transfer of the hairline, nose and chin plastic, cheek plastic, the purpose of which was not the aesthetics of appearance, and changing anthropological dimensions.
Similar operations were performed on the second "bard" - a chin implant, plastic surgery of the cheeks and lower eyelid, transfer of the hairline, transfer of the eyebrow line, nose plastic surgery, and other operations that are corrected in the pictures using a photo editor. Aleksey Igorevich Ivashchenko, according to the official version, was born on May 12th, 1957. This date also has a special meaning - ritual murders of princes from the Rurik dynasty are carried out on it.
Appearance modification operations in general - their number, goals, and objects in themselves seem too complicated for two ordinary Ukrainian serials (in particular, both had a hairline transfer).
Consequently, the complexity and volume of operations performed for ordinary serials may indicate a large caliber of the new modified personality, which is quite consistent with the level of the nominal owner of the holdings of PJSC AFK Sistema and Alfa Group (which, I draw your attention, is one person - Georgy Vasiliev).
The division between the companies is nominal and is just a standard large holding organization in which a large number of legal entities coexist, but the ownership of which is nevertheless concentrated in one ultimate beneficiary.
Thus, since Vasiliev himself was at the time of the show's production the nominal owner of the Alfa Group holding, it would be reasonable to assume that the production of the show in two actions to promote the image of the counterpart of the Alfa Antiterror unit by destroying the image of the special services was performed directly by Vasiliev.
Vasiliev is a creature of ZR/RIFLE, Ukrainian serial killer Vladislav Volkovich, sentenced to life imprisonment for serial murders for ideological reasons, and who began to perform this work already quite officially, in the role of the director of terrorist attacks and the nominal owner of the combined holding, which includes PJSC AFK Sistema and the Alfa consortium. Both organizations mistakenly considered as separate businesses - they form the one group, leading in the territory of the Russian Federation the implementation of the plan of Ost Nazi Germany. Part of this plan was an integration of werewolves into Russian government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
The Ost plan, after the official announcement of surrender to simulate the end of the war, and therefore for its safe continuation, was implemented on the territory of the Russian Federation by the Vanguard Foundation under the control of Hermann Goering. The homonym for the spelling of Goering's surname is the word herring, which in translation into Russian means "herring." The fish name of the duet Ivasi, has an identical generic affiliation to herring.
A feature of the activities of the 3rd Reich, recreated in the United States with the help of the ZR/RIFLE program, and used as mercenaries to implement the Ost plan of serial killers, is the ritual nature of the crimes committed.
One of the attributes of ritual serial crimes is the leaving of the signature of the offender, by which his personality can be identified.
In addition to the nominal owners of the Alfa-Group holding, part-time masterminds of terrorist attacks challenging the Alfa-Antiterror unit, Ukraine has generously endowed Russia with other serial "businessmen," "politicians," "entrepreneurs" listed above. However, several people were left without attention for a long time due to the fact that it was not clear what role they played in the general show of doubles.
In particular, the identity of the serial killer Ruslan Khamarov, who, after reincarnation, acquired the role of Oleksandr Timoshenko, the husband of Yulia Tymoshenko, one of the main organizers and leaders of the events for Ukraine's accession to NATO.
Ruslan Khamarov, according to data published on the Internet, is a native of the city of Berdyansk. According to the documents available in my archive, the village of Osipenko in the Berdyansk region is the place of residence of my murdered father, where he paid alimony for two children from Berdyansk. Writs of execution and documents for the recovery of alimony are drawn up in such a way that they can be freely used in court to establish the fact of my father's paternity in relation to two children from the Berdyansk region. These writ of execution were dated to the period when my father had a relationship with Marina Petrova, who had two fairly adult but underage children, but who their father is not known for certain. In addition, the documents contain a third writ of execution on the recovery of alimony from a person with the same full name as my father for the maintenance of his daughter Valeria, born on May 28th, 1992. My father never had such a child.
According to the marks made by Alfa werewolves, these kids had to be send to New York, Bronx district. At the same time, Alfa werewolves made correspondence about me personally marking letters addressed to me by the index of Mexica (send to death), and the city Pozharevits in Serbia (burn alive, in Russian "pozhar" means "set on fire to burn") where I had to trip according to their notes in the Independence Day. And in 2020, they really organized me a trip to Knaan - planned to burn me alive in my house in the Independence day. This story deserves the separate post, thus I save this for next writing. The conclusion was simple - the fake Berdyansk kids attributed with my father based on falsified documents had to become the official members and heirs of my Dad, when at the same time - his only biological daughter and the only legitimate heir - this is me - had to be burned alive on the Independence day in 2020.
The fact that these falsified writ of execution attributed with Berdyansk was supposed to be used to commit three additional children to my father confirms also by the following fact.
As part of these documents, a letter was found dated 2003, without specifying the recipient, which stated that the funds transferred from the account of the LLC Service Company "Insurance Policy" should be considered as alimony. The signature on the document was executed in a handwriting identical to the handwriting of the person who lived in the apartment I inherited (see the story about fake parents) under the guise of my father, his double. The date of my father's alleged murder is in the April-November 2017 date range. However, the letter is dated 2003, and it bears the signature of a person who had the opportunity to do so presumably after April 2017. But the fact is that earlier the company Insurance Policy Service Company LLC changed the sample of the organization’s seal in connection with its theft, and in 2017 only the one who had it could put the stamp of the 2003 sample on the document. The fact that the seal was stolen and kept for such a long time in order to be affixed to a document that could potentially become evidence of the fact of recognition of paternity (through certification with the help of this letter of the fact of recognition of obligations for alimony, and therefore paternity in relation to the child on the content of which alimony is listed) proves the seriousness and realism of the intention to legalize additional false heirs to my father in accordance with the hypothesis I have expressed.
However, ZR/RIFLE had a small flaw here as well. In the period 2001-2003, I managed part of my father's affairs, and I can say for sure that neither I nor my father wrote such letters. During the period of time when all this was happening, Shumilova Tatijana, fake mother of me, had access to the seals of my father, and later Petrova Marina as well. The paper on which the letter is written does not look fresh, and therefore, the seal impression could have been put on a blank sheet of paper for a long time and saved for such use.
In addition, Shumilova earlier in 1989, after a fictitious divorce from my father, continuing to live with him, and then remarrying with him in 1990, filed a claim for alimony for my maintenance from my father, despite the fact that we continued to live as one family. According to this claim Shumilova also received writ of execution in my hands, at the mere thought of the possible content of which I shudder, how many more false heirs can be written down with their help on my unfortunate murdered father-hero according to the criminals of his "wives," who had one single biological child born in a legitimate marriage is me.
The authenticity of all these documents raises a large number of questions, since I personally have very strong doubts that this is possible:
My dad's original marriage and divorce papers are missing
original property documents are missing
there are no original documents confirming the relationship with my testators,
but instead, there are dilapidated documents with a faintly distinguishable content for alimony in favor of some unknown children of twenty years ago, including natives of Berdyansk region in Ukraine, and a bunch of fake documents according to which my father becomes a voluntary debtor in favour of companies all as one included in the Alfa Group.
Since nothing connects me and my family with the Berdyansk region except forged executive documents for fake children to my dad,
and besides this, according to the model of Ruslan Khamarov and the duet Ivasi, Anatoly Onoprienko, who introduces himself as the great-grandson of Leo Nikolayevich Tolstoy, Sergey Tkach, who introduces himself as boyar Oleg Tinkov, also tours in Russia, Sergei Shcherbakov, who introduces himself as Archpriest Andrei Tkachev, I believe that the creatures of Ruslan Khamarov and his wife Yulia Timoshenko, the duo Ivasi, and the persons mentioned here are graduates of the same program - ZR/RIFLE and its technical supplier MKULTRA.
This actually leads to the rather straightforward conclusion that:
The families of Ukrainian presidents are formed by the ZR/RIFLE program.
The terrorist act Nord-Ost was staged by ZR/RIFLE mercenaries.
All this is the basis for the conclusion regarding the criminal case of Hermitage Capital and the murder of Sergei Magnitsky.
The Hermitage Capital case and one of its episodes known as the murder of Sergei Magnitsky became known to the public as a case of money laundering stolen from the Russian budget with the complicity of state officials of the Russian Federation. According to the information widely disseminated on the Internet, the funds were stolen through the filing of false tax returns in relation to the purchase of Gazprom shares on behalf of the nominal owners of Russian companies, but in the interests of foreign shareholders of which the American Vanguard fund under the leadership of Hermann Goering was the ultimate beneficiary. , that is, as part of the implementation of the Ost plan to gain control over businesses and natural resources in Russia. This model of raider seizures was widely used by the 3rd Reich during the years of the 2nd World War, and without any modifications was used in Russia along with other financial instruments (the case of France in the Second World War: forced peg to the German currency, forced ransom German bonds, obligations to pay cash as compensation "for management" and other methods exhaustively described in the literature as the robbery and ruin of France). Money laundering was carried out through JSC Alfa-Bank, a key asset of the Alfa-Group holding, the nominal owner of which was a Ukrainian serial killer with the pseudonym Vladislav Volkovich, known in Russia as a bard-geographer, founder of a modest corporation Russia (Ros and Co), mercenary ZR/RIFLE .
In addition to this episode, and the Nord-Ost terrorist attack, Alfa-Group, as a counterpart of the FSB division Alfa-Antiterror, opposing itself to the official government of Russia, also hired other denominations for formal ownership of other assets:

The transformation into an anagram means that Aven's functions are "never the other way around" - that is, Russia's loss of this battle with the corresponding historical consequences. General Vlasov is known for committing high treason by going over to the side of Nazi Germany with his entire army during World War II. During the war, Vlasov recruited Russian prisoners of war to go over to the side of Germany. Vlasov was one of the ZR/RIFLE cadres who also received a false biography of a noble origin from the Gediminovich family: a certain Smirnov-Nesvitsky. Vlasov's children - P.O. Aven, V.P. Yevtushenkov have two more relatives: sister G.B. Volchek (Sovremennik Theater) and brother Y. Smirnov-Nesvitsky (Saturday Theatre). G.B. Volchek, who had experience in staging Broadway shows, actually staged the musical Nord-Ost, since the serial bards from the Ukrainian prison had neither the experience nor the knowledge for this. In addition to complicity in the Hermitage Capital case, one of the episodes of which is the murder of Sergei Magnitsky, Alfa Group committed a series of crimes in the form of raider seizures and crimes in the field of inheritance law:

These series of crimes in connection with hostile takeovers, as well as the seizure of my personal and hereditary property, including the serial murders of my family members, as well as the concealment of traces of crimes committed in order to prevent their investigation and disclosure, were carried out by the same persons, forming one group of persons in terms of criminal, financial, corporate, tax law, and included in the Magnitsky list.
Thus, the Red Terror organization, Alfa Group forms one group of persons with persons included in the Magnitsky list, who are complicit in achieving its criminal goals.
However, Alfa Group, contrary to the slanderous statements circulated in the media, is run not by Russian officials, but by serial killers of Ukrainian origin, hired by the CIA under the ZR/RIFLE program and who underwent the personality modification program under the CIA project MKULTRA.
In addition to these individuals, under the ZR/RIFLE program, also after 1945, the 3rd Reich was relocated to the USA, which continued to wage an aggressive war against Russia and implement the Ost plan.
However, the ZR / RIFLE, MKULTRA programs appeared in the USA long before the Second World War.
The immediate predecessor of the NSDAP was the Skull and Bones club, founded in the USA in 1832. The use of technical and medical means used in the ZR/RIFLE and MKULTRA programs began in the United States in 1830-1845.
After the official announcement of the defeat of Germany, all proceeds from war crimes, as well as business rights, created intellectual property, including defense developments, were completely transferred to the United States. German defense developments were turned into the DARPA program. And all the main war criminals moved to the United States to continue their activities. Thus, the US is the beneficiary of military actions against Russia and other states during World War II. On the territory of the United States, under the ZR/RIFLE program, there are also persons who waged this war against Russia, who continue to implement their plans (an example of which is the activities of Alfa Group, the Baring Vostok Fund and other organizations of this group). The organizations involved in the assassination of Sergei Magnitsky and the Hermitage Capital case were led by Ukrainian citizens who are considered dead, under the leadership of ZR/RIFLE. The persons directly involved in the Hermitage Capital case and its main episodes, as well as the raider seizures and crimes in the field of inheritance law, are currently in the United States, the United States is sabotaging the extradition process (Zhanna Bulokh, Sergey Tkach, Oleg Yakovlev).

The murder of S.L. Magnitsky was carried out as part of the implementation of the Ost plan, in continuation of the aggressive war against Russia, by persons hired by ZR/RIFLE and controlled by the US CIA.
To do this, obviously ZR/RIFLE had all the necessary resources - having access to the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the CIS, allowing serial killers to be at large solving the problems of ZR/RIFLE, while being officially dead or serving a sentence - the question of the perpetrators of the murder of Magnitsky seems simple. This is either the staff of the Federal Penitentiary Service, or the actual ZR/RIFLE cadres from among the prisoners who received freedom and a new passport as a reward. It is enough to look at which of the prisoners died immediately close to the date of the death of S.L. Magnitsky. Presumably this person is known as Major Evsyukov.
The last question arises, how foreign serial killers quietly penetrated into Russia to carry out the ZR/RIFLE program.
