After four years of intensive work on the toxic assets portfolio that began in 2017 from the Bananamama project, BOOST has finally consolidated on balance combined Hermitage Capital Case getting the sad fame due to Sergey Magnitsky's death in Matrosskaya Tishina prison.
The combined Hermitage Case contains consolidated claims against PJSC AFK Sistema, Prevezon, Alfa Group, A1, CTF, Alfa-Bank, Safmar, Sberbank, VTB, MKB, FC Otkritie, AK Bars, Tatneft, Troika, Bazel, Promsvyazbank, Federal Tax Service, Federal Bailiff Service, Investigation Committee, and their affiliates. The nature of claims is the combined Hermitage Capital case consisted of a series of aggravated crimes committed in Russia and abroad, resulting in mass murders, serious fraud, corruption, tax evasion, and money laundering.
