The largest drug cartels are Los Zetas, CJNG, Sinaloa, Kali, Medelien. The first three are located in Mexico, and combine operations, including Colombian predecessors. The Cali and Medellin cartels are located in Colombia. Drug cartels have a high level of penetration in the Americas. Mexico is located directly on the border with the United States, and it accounts for the main export drug traffic.
“It seems very serious to us, because it is not only terrible that people are murdered in Mexico, but how they are murdered,” said Luis Sánchez Díaz, a researcher at Causa en Común, which defends rights and freedoms. “This type of news is not just another figure, and it is very unfortunate that we are beginning to normalize this type of violence.”

94,8% of violent crimes in Mexico stay unpunished, whilst more than 93% are not reported at all. The atrocities that are observed as a routine of drug cartel operations have been fixed in history on the same scale several times. The most famous murders committed by Einsatzgruppen during WWII, the Red Terror, the genocide of Armenians, and the French Revolution. Like any other trait of phenotype, the method of ritual murder is inherited. Murder of rights defenders: people who promote and/or protect civil, political, economic, social, environmental, cultural and sexual rights.

Murder of journalists: information professionals or collaborators of opinion, written or audiovisual spaces.

Murder of people from vulnerable groups: people with disabilities, physical, mental, intellectual or sensory deficiencies; indigenous people and members of the LGBTTTIQ collective.

Assassination of political actors: people elected to hold public office, either by vote or ratification of the legislative powers at the federal level, directors of political parties, as well as relevant actors in the political scene.

Assassination of officials and relevant actors in security matters: people who are part of the structure of federal or local governments.

The war between drug cartels started after the 2nd World War, just after the Nazis' Grand Escape, which were relocated to Latin America. The atrocities, method of murder, seriality, seasonality, motivation, and other characteristics of the committed serial mass murders testify to the identity of the crimes and the group of persons who committed them in relation to the crimes committed by the 3rd Reich and its legal predecessors on the territory of Germany, Europe, Russia and further the USSR in the period from 1900 until today. Organized criminal groups existing in Russia committed similar crimes using the same methods, in pursuit of the same criminal goals, and acted under the leadership of the same group of persons. Thus, between the wars of drug cartels in Latin America, the aggression of the 3rd Reich, the criminal wars in Russia, one should put an identity sign, since this is one series of crimes.

In Latin America, drug cartels are criminal groups that are part of the government and have become popular among the population, tasked with producing and selling drugs and laundering money. The United States has been and remains the largest market for drug trafficking, as well as the main consumer of financial infrastructure services created to launder drug cartel funds. This infrastructure facilitates their concealment or counterfeiting of other criminal proceeds, including the gold of the Third Reich. The Cosa Nostra Mafia clan has expanded globally to Latin America throughout its history. Initially, it focused on drug production and sales as its primary business stream. In the early 20th century, drugs were introduced into many aspects of society, leading to misleading perceptions about their value and positive impact on health. This resulted in the widespread distribution of drugs, including opioids, even in the simplest medicines for children. For centuries, this sphere was under direct control of the Cosa Nostra clan until recently when the leaders of drug cartels became an object for the replacement by ZR/RIFLE mercenaries (e.g., David Berkowitz, El Chapo, Arturo Guzman Decena, Érick Valencia Salazar). The official state organizations of the US were able to gain control over drug manufacturing and selling due to this. This allowed for the US to create the tool to manipulate drug cartels' leaders in purpose to get control over the drug cartels structures that enabled to execute through them smuggling, weapon selling, setting up of uncontrolled financial flows, human trafficking, money laundering, terrorism financing.
The analysis of the serial ritual murders committed during the WWII shows that the killings of civilians and prisoners of war were performed by the people with the Ethnicity related to Brazil and Columbia.
