The name of the scandal and its essence will become obvious to anyone if one understands the role of this historical episode in the context of Operation Rainhard. The goal of the operation was the mass destruction of the population by reconstructing the events of the Great Flood.
Where miracles happen
By 1972, the fascists had managed to develop a mechanism for the mass extermination of the population. One of its key components was the mass construction of cheap housing. Another element of the program was the supply of chemical filling for funeral properties. This part of the project was handled by the US CIA, as part of a program to create a mass execution. The program trained the actual executors - serial killers who were to implement plans for the mass extermination of people using the Reinhard technology. In addition, the program involved the development of chemical weapons for these purposes. The program developed numerous mixtures of toxic substances, which were then used in construction, consumer goods production, pharmaceuticals, housing and communal services, and the transport industry.

The project was led by the Roman Catholic Church, which was an official institution acting on behalf of the Cosa Nostra mafia clan. Like any large organization, Cosa Nostra needed an organizational and legal form to conduct business. In addition, people from the clan were appointed to key positions in government structures. Bill Harvey was appointed to the post of head of the CIA before opening the gates to the global flood. Using the justification of secrecy and confidentiality, the CIA became an independent structure with unlimited powers, not controlled by either the US Government or the President of the United States. For decades, under the guise of the so called "Executive Action," the CIA created weapons of mass destruction and technology to implement the Rainhard program. Richard Nixon's attempt to stop this process cost him the Presidency. From a legal point of view, the Watergate scandal should be qualified as an act of terrorism, the purpose of which was to prevent the implementation of the Rainhard program from being stopped.

Immediately after Nixon's removal, the fascists began implementing the plan Operation Rainhard. An open confrontation with the USSR began. One of its components was the introduction of the Jackson-Vanik amendment, which ended normal trade relations between the USA and the USSR. Thirty years later, the same pretext was used to implement a policy of financial, economic, and actual strangulation of not only Russia, but also its population, in the most literal sense.
