In 2017 -2018 BOOST acquired rights from Oleg Yakovlev, known to the public as an entrepreneur, co-owner of the Eldorado company and owner of the Bananamama company. The deal was made in connection with the loss of Oleg Yakovlev's rights to these companies, to claim the assets back. The loss of rights, according to Oleg Yakovlev, and according to information from the mass media, was a consequence of the raider takeover of companies by Alfa-Bank, MKB Bank, Mikhail Dvornikov, Sberbank, Investment Company A1, Troika Dialog, Taif, and their allies.
As a result of the investigation, the following information was revealed. First, no hostile takeover of the businesses occurred. It was the erasure of the company to hide the traces of illegal activity of Bananamama, Sunrise, Eldorado and other companies inside the group Slater. 100% of Slater are owned by the BOOST since December 2018 as a part of the same deal. Before the acquisition, Slater was used as a part of the CIA ZR/RIFLE initiative to infuse the money of the Third Reich into the legal economic turnover of the Russian Federation. These funds were spent for the conduct of ongoing military agression on the territory of Russia during the modern time after the Cold War. The companies financed terrorism, participated in terrorism (in particular, Nord- Ost, Fire in Lame Horse, Fire in Winter Cherry, Fire in Samara GUVD, Perm and Kazan Columbines terrorist acts), tax evasion, smuggling, and other illegal activity, including creation of tributes. The creation of tributes was the process of illegally free of serial murderes out of prison, and giving them the new passports of murdered people whose death was not registered properly. Oleg Yakovlev was on the top of this structure in Russia together with his father. Zina Yakovleva is the sister of Oleg, and has the same father, and she participated in all criminal activities, including those described below. The reason to put the Eldorado into the nominal ownership of Michael Gutseriev was the necessity to give the assets to the person of the same ethnic nationality as Oleg Yakovlev and his dad. Igor Yakovlev was never a biological brother of Oleg Yakovlev. In the group, Igor Yakovlev played the role of nominal beneficiary, while Oleg Yakovlev was the senior holder of the business, and made all decision together with his dad and the people who managed them.
Oleg Yakovlev, the owner of the Bananama company, and Oleg Yakovlev, the singer from the group Ivanushki International, are one and the same person. The documents signed with BOOST in 2017-2018 were completed by Oleg Yakovlev who used his false personification of the person listed as dead according to the documents. Oleg Yakovlev is not the real name of this citizen, a native of Buryatia. The father of "Oleg Yakovlev" is Mongol (Gennady Karkov), a thief in law, the head of one of the first and most brutal criminal gangs in Russia, who to hide from the justice has been crowned as a Alexy Ridiger, the patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church. After this, Mongol crowned his successor, another serial murderer - Jap (also known as Dad Nose, Gundiyay, Vyacheslav Ivankov) as a patriarch Kirill Gundiyaev. The thieves used the ceremony of the coronation in church as a part of the ordinary ritual of coronation of thieves-in-law. The model of obtaining double passports and using the passports and documents of the murdered to obtain their property was used by Mongol and his son, including the crime to obtain the property of the murdered parents and immediate relatives of the sole beneficiary, owner and director of BOOST Meggi Bogle (also known as Raevskaya-Repnina, Meggi Göring). For the same purposes, Oleg Yakovlev organized selling of the rights of Oksana Bobyleva, Oleg Martynov, Kirill Martynov, and Oleg Andreev to the BOOST. The purpose of selling the rights of these individuals with regards to the kinda "raider capture of their businesses" was to collect on BOOST a consolidated set of claims against Alfa-Bank and other members of the criminal group. After consolidating assets on BOOST, the criminals planned to kill Meggi Bogle, and illegally take over her property, including the BOOST company, and the Vanguard group. These activites have been executed by Oleg Yakovlev and the co-participants of the crime in cooperation with the representative of the State Government of the USA, including former US President Donald Trump. As a part of this activity, the criminals distributed many slander about the murder and death of Meggi Bogle (Raevskaya-Repnina, Goering) with the ongoing attempts to made the misinformation in compliance with the actual circumstances. This information is wrong. Meggi Bogle is alive, and she, and the BOOST have lost no of the assets that were acquired, including hereditary rights. The taking back Eldorado, and other companies, including Vanguard, is connected to the criminal investigation that was completed. The next step is the public court trial, as the story moved beyond the private criminal case.
